Items purchased may be returned back to Misgrace within 28 days from date of purchase. We advise any returned item is sent by recorded delivery (please keep your return postal receipt as proof of postage).
Personalised items can not be returned and are excluded from the statutory right of cancellation and return policy.
Unfortunately Misgrace does not meet the costs of return postage.
Returned items must be in their original packaging and must not have been worn. On receipt of the item we will analyse the quality of the return before making an exchange or a refund. Refunds will be issued via PayPal.
If you have a problem or a general query with a gown you can email us at infomisgrace@gmail.com stating the issue, for example incorrect colour. We will do our best to resolve any query or issue.
